About the Round Table

 

cropped-JimzBell_trans512x512.pngThe American Revolution Round Table of Philadelphia brings together a diverse group of people united by a common interest in the American Revolutionary Era. Meetings.  Come join us and if you like what you see,  we encourage you to join ARRTOP, our annual fee is only $20 per person.

ARRTOP meets at MaGerk’s Pub and Grill, 582 South Bethlehem Pike, Ft. Washington, PA 19034. Meetings will usually be held on the LAST MONDAY OF THE MONTH, but there could be some adjustment of meeting dates, depending upon proximity to certain holidays and Philadelphia Eagles Monday Night Football games. Please refer to the updated information on our Upcoming Events page.

We invite folks to arrive early and eat dinner at the Pub, or you may eat during the meeting. Plenty of free parking is available, as well as a wide menu of food and draft beer.

The business meeting starts promptly at 7:15 p.m. which included announcements and our used book raffle.  The speaker will start approximately at 7:30 p.m.

The main event of the evening is a speaker on some aspect of the American Revolutionary Era.

Our used book raffle is always looking for books that deal with the American Revolution Era.  Please bring them to our treasurer before the meeting begins so they can be included in the raffle.  To win a book, take a dollar bill and write your name or initials on it and put it in one of the collection baskets that is handed out.

The American Revolution Round Table of Philadelphia Inc. (ARRTOP) is a 501(c)(3) organization under the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to us are deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code. We are classified as a public charity.
